Four Directions (4D) seeks to enhance the development of the Queen's Indigenous community and to provide a space for non-indigenous students to discover and discuss Indigenous traditions. 4D has also acted as a support service to the Queen’s campus for many Indigenous related activities, initiatives, and knowledge. There is also online cultural counseling and support for Indigenous-identifying students.

Faith and Spiritual Life offers multi-faith, non-judgmental support for religious, spiritual, personal, and financial problems, concerns or crises. Chaplains can also provide support, ceremonial services, interfaith community development and spiritual support to students, faculty, and staff.
