Academic Assistance Process (AAP)

The Arts and Science Undergraduate Society has created a mechanism that allows students to voice their thoughts in a collaborative and productive space. We strive to provide guidance and advocacy for students within our faculty undergoing academic concerns. The Academic Assistance Process will also aim to point students in the right direction and give them information on existing university systems and procedures.

ASUS aims to be a support and intermediary for students going through academic grievances, whether it be for information or advocacy. For this reason we have two resources below. Within the Academic Assistance Process Manual you can find a concise and clear outline of a variety of existing procedures related to academic concerns and helpful resources to guide you through them. If your concerns are not addressed within the manual, please feel free to fill out out Academic Assistance Process Portal which will direct all concerns to the academics commission to have them address individually. If you have any questions or need further clarification please feel free to contact us directly at academics@asus.queensu.ca
