If you would like to request a photographer please do one of the following:

1) Fill out the online PHOTOGRAPHER REQUEST FORM (click here)

OR

2) Email the Photography Team at photos@asus.queensu.ca with the following information:

- Name:
- Email:
- Phone:
- # of Photographer Needed:
- Specific Instructions:
- Event Details:
– Name of Event
– Date
– Time
– Location

NOTE: We do not guarantee a photographer will be assigned to your event even if the minimum 1 week notice is given. You will receive an email whether or not you have been assigned a photographer within 48 hours.
