Queen’s Canadian Leadership Conference
Queen’s Canadian Leadership Conference (QCLC) is the only conference run by the Arts and Science Undergraduate Society and it encompasses all the departments under the Faculty of Arts and Science. Each year, QCLC brings together the brightest young leaders from Queen’s University to interact and exchange diverse views and ideas with one another. With previous guest speakers such as Craig Kielburger, co-founder of Free the Children, and David Kilgour, former Canadian Cabinet Minister and Independent MP, the conference explores a vast array of knowledge and experiences from a number of prominent Canadian leaders. QCLC provides an opportunity for the leaders of tomorrow to move beyond traditional academic curriculum and learn from each other.
Entering its fourth year, this student-run conference is able to give back to the community by empowering its delegates to be proactive and well-rounded individuals capable of contributing not only to the Queen’s community, but to the global community as well.
