Duke of Edinburgh Award

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is a self directed development  programme for young Canadians age 14 to 25.

The Programme is designed to educate students and teach them life skills through aspects such as outdoor activity, community service and outdoor tripping. The Award is based on a graduated system as students strive to achieve their Bronze, Silver and Gold qualifications.

The Arts and Science Undergraduate Society runs its Duke of Ed programmme in line with the central “Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Programme” and is available to all undergraduate Queen’s students.
